Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Peter Ansah and i represent some mining companies in Ghana that has 4,200 kilograms of alluvial gold dust 91.4%-92% purity for immediate sale at $13,200.00 per kilo.
I wish to state that my Principal(the seller) is capable to do a C.I.F transaction with you without any request for upfront of any kind as they will pay all local taxes, export fee, insurance charges and freight charges to your chosen destination which will be refunded to them plus cost of product only after assay confirming weight and quantity. Upon your taking delivery, you will be provided with certificate of origin, all receipts for payments made to get goods over to your chosen airport of delivery.
You will bear all local costs in country of delivery and because of certain recent situations where some sellers go to make delivery only to be kidnapped or something funny happens, you will be required to raise a Confirmed Bank Guarantee or Confirmed Stand-By Letter of Credit covering cost of product.Other methods acceptable are that Buyer's bank sends an MT799 covering total cost to Seller's bank and once confirmed as okay Seller commences delivery or Buyer raises a banker's draft/cheque for costs , keeps with his bank for safe keeping and then his bank sends an MT760 or MT767 to Seller's bank with safe keeping receipt details for bank to bank confirmation before delivery commences.
This secures both parties as you get your goods and buyer gets paid maximum of 72 hours after assay. Upon receipt of your readiness to deal my Principal will send you a signed full corporate offer.
Other than these, buyer has to visit seller in Ghana where samples will be tested by government geological department and all export payments made by buyer to the Ghanian Government Agency in charge of precious metals exports(PMMC) and shipper/exporter.
