It is my pleasure to identify with you. My name is Mr.David Owen. I am the Telex department manager of First Commercial Bank London.

I got your contact as a result of search I made on internet with some information I found in the file of late Engr.Thomas Laughlen. I would like to know your relationship with Late Engr.Thomas Laughlen, my deceased client from Belgiun but a british citizen by migration who died 3 years ago, He was a consultant contractor with Mobil Oil Company Ltd.
