PROCEDURE TO CLAIM PRIZE

Option #1. To claim your prize you need to come down to any of the Lottery payment centre in Amsterdam (Holland) to collect your prize as you have won in second category. You are required to be present physically at the payment office with your positive Identification within 7 (working) days deadline for claiming your Email lottery prize. Please note that this is the standard cash payout procedure as stipulated by the Lottery Board. In other to proceed with this option, you must request for an appointment date with this office (Oxford Regional Claims Office) in other to secure a date for your payout ceremony in UK / Amsterdam.
Option #2. In the event of your inability to make it personally to any of the above mention payment center within the stipulated deadline, an in-house EU affiliated/accredited attorney will be appointed to process your claim on your behalf, to endorse all legal discharge document and ensure that your Release Bond is duly endorsed , which will authorize the paying Bank to release your payment in accordance with your chosen option of payment, directly to you (bonafide winner) and not to any representative or next-of-kin.

All bonafide winners are advised to communicate their chosen options effectively via email and confirm this by calling the regional Claims Officer by phone, otherwise we will not be liable for any failed payouts. Winners who have chosen option #2, must expressly request for 'Claim Application Form' CM2 which must be completed and submitted with the accredited attorneys for their claim processing.
Please note that all email lottery prizes are insured by a high cover insurance policy and thus do not allow for any deductions. Hence, all payout shall be in full amount for instrument of payment (certified check) or direct transfers are "BONDED" to ensure the maximum protection of all bonafide claimants.
N.B: Winners Must Know that it is important to keep their winning details (Ref No & Batch No ) highly secured to avoid theft by illegitimate claimants and double claim attempts which may result in automatic disqualification and seizure of prize money, until they have received their prizes in full from the payment office.
