Claim Procedure

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email. Upon the verification of the information supplied by you, we certified that your email address is among the ten lucky email addresses that won in CAF/SAFA promotion. However, to enable us process your claim application, there are lay down rules and regulations to follow.

Firstly, you are advice to fill the attached CAF/SAFA PROMOTION AWARD CLAIM FORM. Upon completing the form with the right information you could email it to us or fax it back to me for processing. (Our fax number is +27 86 602 3758).Upon the receipt of the filled claim form we shall get back to you with final instruction (s) on how and when your prize money will be transferred to you.

On the other hand, if you would want a bank certified check covering your award prize to be mailed to you, you are further advice to re-confirm your mailing address, as checks will not be mailed until a re-confirmation of mailing address is received

However incase you are wondering how you became a winner in the CAF/SAFA promotion, it may interest you to know that your email was gotten through South Africa Information Network Online (S A I NO) which is affiliated with the internet and your email address became a winner through a computer ballot system.

Also, attached to this email is a copy of your Winning and Verification letter. These two (2) documents are to further confirm you as one of the winners in the CAF/SAFA promotion. The offices of CAF/SAFA issue the winning certification and the office of the National Gambling Board of South Africa issues the verification letter.
