As a result of irregularities and misappropriation by the officials both in the government and banking sector within the Ecowas States, on the 29th of January 2007 the President of Republic of Ghana was elected as the Chairman of AFRICA UNION (AU). The countries in Africa that make up the AFRICA UNION MEMBER STATES are as follows :

Algeria , Angola , Benin , Botswana , Burkina Faso , Burundi , Cameroon , Cape Verde , Chad, Comoros , Republic of the Congo , Cote d'Ivoire , Djibouti , Egypt , Eritrea , Ethiopia , Equatorial Guinea , Gabon , Gambia , Ghana , Guinea , Guinea-Bissau , Kenya , Lesotho , Liberia , Libya ,Madagascar, Malawi , Mali , Mauritania, Mauritius , Mozambique , Namibia, Niger , Nigeria , Rwanda , Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal ,Seychelles , Sierra Leone , Somalia , South Africa , Sudan , Swaziland ,Tanzania , Togo , Tunisia , Uganda , Western Sahara (SADR) , Zambia ,Zimbabwe.

However, the entire member countries Head of States, Bank of Ghana in-conjunction with the former United Nation Secretary General (Koffi Anan) who is an indigene of Republic of Ghana and has finally retired at home then had a meeting an inaugurated this committee (AFRICA UNION COMMITTEE) which I am one of the Directors.

The aim of this body AFRICA UNION COMMITTEE (AUC) is to erase the bad names which is been tagged with the whole Africa Countries globally and pay all outstanding Foreign Creditors, which you are amongst them.

They frowned at the inconsistencies of the banking Industry and the bad name it has created in the world today and sought for the inauguration of this committee.

Total sums of USD25BILLION were earmarked to offset all debts owed to foreign Creditors which your file fell into the category. Since the inception of this committee, we have paid over 41 Creditors.

According to your file with us, it is important we inform you that because of some bureaucratic bottleneck that has existed in the past amongst the bank officials and other civil servants in Africa, you have not been able to receive your funds.

A lot of complaints have been received by this committee and we have also noted that a lot of creditors have lost thousand of money in pursuit of their various claims which this committee has come to sanitize and pay accordingly.
By this mail, you are therefore advised to refrain from contacting any other body, persons or group of persons as your funds will be paid by the AFRICA UNION.

You are therefore requested to re-confirm the following to us:

1.TOTAL AMOUNT .
2. TEL/FAX NUMBERS.
3. COPIES OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT.

Once we are in receipt of the above mentioned 3, we shall go ahead to reconcile that with our database and pay you accordingly.
