The government of USA and that of European Community have donated the sum of
Four Billion Dollars to the ECOWAS COMMUNITY as an aid to compensating vict
ims of West African fraud scandal between 1989 to present date.
In line with this and as a way of identifying you, Our organization was mand
ated by the Presidents of countries in West Africa to arrange a form of Ide
ntification for you in readiness to compensate you over all the funds you lo
st to West African imposters.
European Community in liaison with Ecowas Countries Presidents have without
prejudice authorised The Barclays Bank, London., in Uk to identify, arrange
and collect your data as outlined below so that your compensation will be p
aid to you through a Barclays Bank Debit Card.
Your information was given to us by WESTERN UNION OFFICE. This Debit Card is
the New customized Card and it will carry your photograph and your signatur
e.
We are happy to notify you that your own compensation is only US$450,000.00
(Four Hundred and Fifty thousand US Dollars only). This amount is absolutel
